Ntombikayise Mlambo is a Mining Engineering graduate from the University of Johannesburg. She is a young mining professional who serves as a Mining Engineer in one of the underground gold mines. 

She is philanthropist, businesswoman and enjoys sharing knowledge about the mining industry through her experience. She has 4 years experience in the mining industry. She started her career in a load and hauling company where she gained experience by developing strong skills in terms of management, efficiency & risk assessment. 

She is a Blasting certificate holder of Metalliferous Mine which makes her enhances her profession in production mining. Ntombikayise Mlambo is a proud University of Johannesburg alumni who was the UJ Women In Mining committee during her academic years. Therefore, she understands the core challenges and positive outcomes that a student can experience. 

She believes in community development and sharing insights about the mining industry. That includes working along with other professionals who want to do better in the industry through mentorship, academia and entrepreneurship.
